Our Group team is seeking Group Head Finance & Insurance to unite our F&I strategy across all regions. This inclusive leadership role champions innovation, profitability, compliance, and outstanding customer experiences, valuing diverse perspectives and collaboration. Candidates should bring broad cross-border expertise, commercial insight, and proven success scaling F&I in varied markets.
What you’ll do
- Global Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a cohesive F&I strategy across all regions, with proven success in both mature and emerging markets.
- Market Expansion : Lead the design and deployment of new F&I products tailored to local market conditions, regulations, and consumer behaviors.
- Operational Excellence : Standardize best-in-class processes across geographies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate relationships with international insurers, underwriters, and financial institutions to enhance Inchcape’s F&I offerings.
- Innovation & Digitalisation : Spearhead digital transformation within F&I to enhance omnichannel experiences and improve data-led decision-making.
- Leadership & Governance : Lead a high-performing, multi-national team; ensure rigorous governance and regulatory adherence across all operating markets.
- P&L Responsibility : Oversee and grow F&I revenue streams at group level, with clear performance metrics aligned to Inchcape’s broader financial goals.
About you
To be successful in this role you’ll be
- Experienced in a senior F&I leadership role, including in a global or multi-market capacity outside the UK.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record of launching and scaling F&I programs across diverse international regions, such as LATAM, APAC, and EMEA.
- Knowledgeable about global F&I regulatory environments, with experience navigating complex legal frameworks and compliance standards.
- Commercially astute, with strong negotiation skills and experience working with international F&I partners, including banks, OEM captive finance companies, and leasing providers.
- Experienced in leading culturally diverse, geographically dispersed teams to deliver high-impact results.
- Adept at developing and implementing digital F&I platforms and data-driven insights tools to enhance performance and customer experience.
- You’ll be fluent in English, with additional language skills considered highly valuable.
