Our People team is seeking a Group Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of global learning, talent and leadership development solutions.
What you'll do:
- Partner with global stakeholders to identify learning, leadership and functional capability needs aligned to business priorities.
- Design and implement scalable, blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face‑to‑face formats.
- Deliver engaging global learning and leadership development programmes and support embedding into day‑to‑day practice.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing practical learning solutions that support performance and organisational change.
- Use data, feedback and insights to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
- Enable organisational capability by leveraging learning frameworks, digital tools, and global collaboration, ensuring consistency and scalability.
About You:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development within a global organisation, including leadership and capability programmes.
- Strong experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions across diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, impactful learning solutions and outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across different levels.
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills, with a data‑driven mindset.
- Experience working with learning technologies (e.g. LMS, e‑learning platforms).
- Proficiency in English.
