Join Our Team as Head of Reward Operations! Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving global reward operations? We are looking for a Head of Reward Operations to oversee the administration of our global compensation, bonus, share, commission, expatriate, and key benefit plans. This is a pivotal role where you will lead process optimisation, manage stakeholder collaboration, and ensure seamless execution across multiple People systems. As a key leader in the People function, you'll have the opportunity to shape our global reward strategy, ensuring efficiency, data integrity, and excellence in everything we do. You'll work closely with teams across the globe and external service providers, while also playing a key role in the delivery of impactful communications and training.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of compensation, bonus, share schemes, commission structures, and benefit plans.
  • Oversee the entire annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, and bonus/share plan administration.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing the Reward Technology Roadmap and optimising People systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Regional Reward, Payroll, HRIS, and more, to ensure smooth and aligned processes.
  • Deliver insightful analytics, develop engaging reward communications, and provide training on processes and policies.

  • Proven experience in a senior Reward Operations role within a large, global organisation.
  • Deep understanding of compensation, bonus, share plans, expatriate, and commission processes.
  • Expertise with SAP SuccessFactors, Equate+ (ComputerShare), and integrated HR systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of successfully managing reward cycles and implementing system changes.
