Join Inchcape Group HQ, part of Inchcape’s global network. You’ll be instrumental in executing our bold and exciting strategy, delivering great experiences for our customers, colleagues and partners. Powering the performance of a highly collaborative team of diverse and talented colleagues.
In this pivotal role, you will shape and champion the global Record to Report (RTR) enterprise strategy, continuously driving its advancement to help achieve our ambitious business goals. As the leader, you’ll inspire a worldwide team of RTR professionals, guiding them to design and steer transformational initiatives that redefine our finance processes. Your vision will be instrumental in propelling Global Business Services (GBS) into its next chapter—delivering real value through innovative, consumer-focused solutions that set new benchmarks for excellence.
What you’ll do
- Owning performance, process design, and technology enablement across the business.
- Partnering with IT to identify technology gaps, define the roadmap, and maximise the use of current tools and capabilities.
- Leveraging technology to create an end-to-end toolset, including self-service solutions, that drive efficiency and user experience.
- Influencing stakeholders across functional boundaries to optimise end-to-end processes, aligning potentially conflicting views to shared business goals.
- Defining and owning key sections of the Service Partnership Agreement, ensuring process performance, efficiency, and quality.
- Building business cases for major initiatives, presenting to senior committees, and securing the necessary funding.
- Developing strategic partnerships with leading external organisations to accelerate transformation and deliver enterprise value.
- Leading a matrix team, driving innovation, sourcing best practices, and ensuring cross-functional process changes deliver the intended outcomes.
About you
To be successful in this role you’ll be
- Bringing deep expertise in Record to Report processes within GBS and BPO environments, with a strong understanding of how they connect across sales, finance, and logistics.
- Leveraging your experience with market-leading RTR technologies such as SAP, Blackline, Coupa, BPC, and Anaplan to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Improving and implementing large-scale, complex RTR processes, ensuring data quality, master data mapping, and effective data flows.
- Applying strong financial acumen as a qualified accountant, with senior-level reporting and accounting expertise comparable to a large country finance director.
- Leading global initiatives and process transitions between markets, BPO, and GBS, while driving standardisation in diverse environments.
- Collaborating across cultures and functions in a matrix organisation, adapting your style to build strong, productive partnerships.
If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. You might be the perfect fit we’re looking for. Join our team and become part of a leading global automotive company that is transforming tomorrow, together.
