Are you a Creative Specialist with a passion for storytelling and design? Do you want to play a key role in shaping how a global brand communicates with its stakeholders? Inchcape is looking for a creative individual to join our Group Communications team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of creative projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global business environment. You will create captivating video content, design internal and external campaigns, develop strategic presentations, and contribute to corporate communications. Your work will be essential in crafting and sharing our brand story, ensuring it resonates authentically and powerfully with our diverse audiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and managing a wide variety of creative projects across digital, social, and print channels
- Collaborating with the Group Communications team to produce compelling content for both internal and external communications, presentations, and corporate messaging
- Acting as an internal brand ambassador, supporting the business to develop consistent, on-brand communications
- Developing and presenting design concepts and drafts to internal teams, incorporating feedback to ensure creative ideas are effectively realised
- Briefing and advising external creative partners and suppliers on design projects as required
- Creating, editing, and producing high-quality videos from concept to final delivery, including motion graphics, animations, and video editing
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in graphic design, video production, presentation design, and corporate communications
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once while delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their creative and campaign needs, and translate them into effective design solutions
- Proficiency in design software, video production, editing, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or relevant job experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling
- Experience working in a corporate environment is essential
- Photography skills and experience with social media or website content would be a plus
