Responsibilities
- Respond to all incoming correspondence in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.
- Compile and maintain warranty data by accurately entering information into relevant reports, tracking systems, and surveys to monitor departmental performance.
- Monitor warranty processes and procedures to ensure a consistently high level of service to all stakeholders.
- Process warranty claims for all OEMs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review the quality of warranty claims submitted and follow up with dealers to resolve discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
- Reconcile warranty receivables with payments in accordance with the appropriate accounting schedules.
- Investigate rejected warranty claims and prepare reports for submission to the relevant stakeholders.
- File, maintain, and manage all service records in compliance with OEM requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to dealers on warranty systems, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform other reasonable and related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Qualified with an Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related qualification.
- Bringing a minimum of two (2) years' experience in an administrative function.
- Demonstrating strong computer literacy with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possessing well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills.
