Our Automotive Workshop Team is currently looking for a talented Technician B for Barbados responsible for performing diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, and installation work on vehicles, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and procedures, and providing exceptional customer satisfaction. Here\’s what you\’ll be doing:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
- Examine assigned vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Ensure strict quality and operational standards are adhered to, with a focus on safety and cleanliness.
- Achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

- Advanced Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related qualifications is an asset.
- 3+ years\’ demonstrated experience in the automotive industry in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience working to efficiency targets.
- Computer literacy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- A passion for customer service and satisfaction.
- Great team player with good communication skills.
- Capable of working to the highest quality standards.
- A valid driver\’s license.
