Our Automotive Workshop Team is currently looking for a talented Technician B for Barbados responsible for performing diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, and installation work on vehicles, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and procedures, and providing exceptional customer satisfaction. Here\’s what you\’ll be doing:

  1. Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  2. Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
  3. Examine assigned vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
  4. Ensure strict quality and operational standards are adhered to, with a focus on safety and cleanliness.
  5. Achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
  6. Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

  • Advanced Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related qualifications is an asset.
  • 3+ years\’ demonstrated experience in the automotive industry in a similar capacity.
  • Previous experience working to efficiency targets.
  • Computer literacy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
  • A passion for customer service and satisfaction.
  • Great team player with good communication skills.
  • Capable of working to the highest quality standards.
  • A valid driver\’s license.
