Group 1 Automotive's Audi Macclesfield service team is seeking a proactive Service Advisor. You will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is in for maintenance and repair, delivering friendly, transparent communication and a trusted experience.
You’ll develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training, promote additional services where appropriate, and schedule workshops efficiently while maintaining accurate customer records. A UK driving licence is required.
