About The Role:
As a Midweight Exhibition and Experiential Designer, your passion lies in turning collaborative exhibition design and brand experiences into reality. With imaginative creativity, you'll take the lead in designing innovative concepts. Our focus is on creating stunning 3D spaces and brand experiences for clients, and we're eager to incorporate your unique imaginative touch.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative director, in-house team and freelancers, infusing your creative flair to craft unforgettable brand experiences that go beyond expectations for the world's top brands. In our dynamic environment, we foster a culture of creativity, agility, and rapid innovation. If you love thinking, creating, and collaborating, INCEPTION is your place. Our diverse team includes designers, account managers, marketing specialists, and skilled artisans, united by a solid operational delivery team and effective communication.
About You:
You’ll have proven experience in events, exhibition, and experiential brand design, with a strong portfolio. You can confidently deliver smaller projects independently while contributing to larger projects under the guidance of a creative team. You’ll be proficient in 3D visualisation tools and able to create high-end visuals at pace, developing 3D designs from initial concept through to delivery. You’ll have strong skills across the Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop; After Effects a bonus).
A basic understanding of how things are built is key, and technical design skills are highly desirable, particularly the ability to produce simple construction packs from design models. You’ll bring creative flair, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. A strong eye for contemporary design, a passion for branding and innovation, and an interest in current cultural trends are essential. A degree in Interior or 3D Design would be advantageous. Your superpower lies in adeptly managing multiple projects while crafting exceptional contemporary designs with your keen eye for detail.
Pay and Benefits:
