We are recruiting for a Skilled CNC Engineer, for a specialist manufacturer of high precision metallic and PTFE machine components for the global Aerospace sector.
Location: Rochford, Essex
Working Pattern: 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Engineer to join a specialist aerospace manufacturer, developing their expertise in centreless grinding while working across a range of CNC and second-operation machinery. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC and manual second-operation equipment, manufacturing precision aerospace components to extremely tight tolerances. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your engineering skills in a modern precision manufacturing environment while working in line with strict quality and health standards.
We are looking for an engineer who has:
- Experience setting and operating CNC machinery.
- The ability to read engineering drawings and work to specifications.
