About Inceo Homes
Inceo Homes is a London-based real estate consultancy providing sales, lettings, relocation, and property investment services. We work closely with both UK-based and international clients and are continuing to grow our team. We are now looking for a motivated Sales & Lettings Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales and lettings team with daily operations
- Conducting property market research (pricing, rental levels, comparable properties, local area insights)
- Assisting with property appraisals and investment comparisons
- Preparing internal reports, summaries, and market updates
- Communicating with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Coordinating property viewings and follow-ups
- Supporting offer and application processes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish is mandatory (spoken and written)
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong interest in the UK property and investment market
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Well organised, reliable, and proactive
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Previous real estate or market research experience is an advantage, but not essential
