Brand & Marketing Designer We're hiring an experienced Brand & Marketing Designer to lead the quality, consistency, and pace of design across Incentivesmart and our 1UP brand. This is a hands-on role for an experienced, agency-trained designer who can take a brief (or write one), run with it independently, and deliver work that strengthens our brands, supports growth and helps us show up with confidence across every marketing and sales channel, from social and sales proposals to exhibitions, product launches and our websites. From first concept to final asset, you'll ensure what we put into the world is intentional, well-crafted, and unmistakably us, with a sharp eye for what's current, what's effective, and how emerging trends (yes, even TikTok ones) can be intelligently adapted for B2B without ever diluting the brand.
