Role Type: Full Time / Permanent / 9-5:30 / Monday – Friday / Hybrid Working Options*
Reporting To: Head of Operations
Core Responsibilities:
- Keep our rewards catalogue up to date, inspiring and relevant at all times
- Rigorously maintain data/product consistency and quality - text, images and videos
- Work closely with suppliers, ensuring SLAs are met
- Deliver best in class customer service via phone, email and live chat
- Coordinating and placing reward orders with suppliers
- Create compelling product promotions
- Maintaining process guides and other relevant documentation
- Work with our Finance team to review costs and margins
- Ad-hoc office administration tasks as required
Personal skills required:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Goal focused, able to work to set SLAs
- A positive, pro-active attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Good level of commercial awareness
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
