The Governing Board of our Church of England school wish to appoint a dynamic, energetic and hard-working class teacher, who is organised, approachable and able to build excellent relationships. Ince C of E Primary School is a large two form entry primary school in the heart of Ince.
The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, innovative teacher, who has very high expectations of themselves, colleagues and pupils, and have the energy and determination to make a difference.
We are looking for someone who:

- Creates a caring environment that promotes academic, creative and personal achievement for all our pupils.
- Actively models and promotes the values and ethos of the school.
- Loves children and the Ince community and wants to work hard to improve their lives.
- Offers an excellent and professional model of classroom teaching, setting and maintaining high standards of work and behaviour in and out of the classroom as an example to others.
- Possesses strong knowledge of teaching and learning with proven experience of teaching upper KS2.
- Has an excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment systems.
- Has excellent experience/understanding of upper KS2, with experience of leading a subject.
- Is committed to contributing to the wider life of the school.
