Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a casual opportunity to lead clinical excellence? InCasa Aged Care & Community Services is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse commencing immediately. You will be responsible for leading person-centred care, supporting our nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of safety and well-being for our clients.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care through comprehensive clinical assessment and care planning.
- Review clinical documentation including ACAT assessments to inform care decisions.
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised evidence-based care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Initiate early interventions and coordinate appropriate clinical referrals as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation for all client care activities.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure care delivery aligns with client needs and service plans.
- Provide indirect supervision and guidance to Enrolled Nurses through care plan and documentation review.
- Work both autonomously and remotely where appropriate, while maintaining accountability to the Registered Nurse Team Leader.
- Ensure all practices align with InCasa policies, Aged Care Quality Standards, and privacy legislation.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality care and positive client outcomes.
- Support an inclusive, respectful and compassionate workplace environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
