Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a casual opportunity to lead clinical excellence? InCasa Aged Care & Community Services is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse commencing immediately. You will be responsible for leading person-centred care, supporting our nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of safety and well-being for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care through comprehensive clinical assessment and care planning.
  • Review clinical documentation including ACAT assessments to inform care decisions.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate individualised evidence-based care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Initiate early interventions and coordinate appropriate clinical referrals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation for all client care activities.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure care delivery aligns with client needs and service plans.
  • Provide indirect supervision and guidance to Enrolled Nurses through care plan and documentation review.
  • Work both autonomously and remotely where appropriate, while maintaining accountability to the Registered Nurse Team Leader.
  • Ensure all practices align with InCasa policies, Aged Care Quality Standards, and privacy legislation.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality care and positive client outcomes.
  • Support an inclusive, respectful and compassionate workplace environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
