InCasa Aged Care & Community Services is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to cover a 12-month parental leave period, commencing 15 June 2026. You will be responsible for leading clinical care, supporting our nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of safety and well-being for our clients.
About The Role
- Clinical leadership and support to Country and Metro teams.
- Provides supervision and functions as a resource to other members of the clinical team including care partners, registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and support workers.
- Plans, performs, facilitates and evaluates delivery of client care that is in accordance with InCasa's policies and procedures.
- Develops and implements quality improvement and risk management programs, evaluates outcomes and recommends actions and provides feedback.
- Assists the Director of Nursing in the preparation of operational planning and development of the Clinical budget.
- Coordinates rostering as required ensuring allocation of staff to clients is based on staff skills and patient acuity.
- Accepts responsibility for the effective management of material resources with the Director of Nursing.
