Position Overview: We are seeking three results-driven Sales Executives to support business development efforts for InCart Talent. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are confident in generating leads and driving revenue. Compensation is directly linked to performance. A pre-defined percentage of revenue will be paid on successfully converted and revenue-generating clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients across target industries
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients
- Present InCart Talent’s recruitment and staffing solutions to decision-makers
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, recruitment sales, or B2B services (preferred but not mandatory)
