We are focused on creating a system where business banking, financial tools, and application logic are coordinated into a single control layer. Through the app store, entrepreneurs and developers can build industry-specific functionality as their business evolves.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who cares deeply about craft, clarity, usability and who can design intuitive experiences in a complex financial environment. You’ll own design within a defined product area and work closely with product and engineering to ship high‑quality features across onboarding, payments, cards, and dashboards used daily by modern e-commerce businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on execution, thrives in cross‑functional teams, and wants to grow their impact while designing meaningful, real‑world tools.
What You’ll Do
- Own design within your product area, from problem definition to final execution
- Design end-to-end experiences across onboarding, payments, transactions, card management, dashboards and other financial workflows
- Turn complex financial and regulatory concepts into simple, intuitive user journeys
- Collaborate daily with a product owner, engineers and stakeholders to shape solutions and ship features efficiently
- Support product discovery through research, data analysis, prototyping and testing
- Deliver high-quality interaction and visual design across responsive web and native mobile
- Use, contribute to and help evolve Incard’s design system alongside the design system lead
- Prepare clear, developer-ready handover using Figma Dev Mode, annotations and close collaboration with engineers
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in product/UI/UX design, ideally in B2B, fintech or complex system products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across multiple features or product areas
- Expert Figma skills, including components, variants and systematic design
- Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals (typography, spacing, hierarchy, contrast)
- Experience with motion UI and micro-interactions using tools like Framer, Principle or Lottie
- Proven collaboration with cross‑functional teams, balancing user needs, technical constraints and business goals
- Ability to run competitor and market analysis to inform decisions when internal research is limited
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly and constructively
Benefits
- Competitive cash-based compensation
- Incard stock options
- 25 days of paid time off per year
