About Incard
Incard’s mission is to build the financial operating system for entrepreneurs. We are focused on creating a system where business banking, financial tools, and application logic are coordinated into a single control layer. Through the app store, entrepreneurs and developers can build industry-specific functionality as their business evolves.
The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to own Incard’s growth engine end-to-end. This is a hands-on, execution-first leadership role at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, product, and experimentation. You will be responsible for building repeatable, scalable acquisition channels and turning Incard into a category-defining product for digital businesses. This is not a brand-only or agency-management role. It’s an operator role, with full ownership of growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Performance Ownership: Own Incard’s growth strategy across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation. Build and scale repeatable growth loops with a strong focus on ROI and payback. Operate with founder-level ownership over results.
- Acquisition & Distribution: Own and scale Incard’s acquisition channels, including: Paid acquisition (Meta, Google, YouTube; TikTok where relevant), SEO & content-driven growth, Partnerships, affiliates, and communities, Founder-led and ecosystem-driven growth. Prioritise scalable, defensible channels over short-term wins. Decide where and when to invest paid spend based on clear performance signals.
- Experimentation & Optimisation: Build a continuous experimentation framework across ads, funnels, offers, and landing pages. Translate insights into high-performing creative angles and messaging. Kill what doesn’t work quickly; double down on what scales.
- Analytics, Tracking & Measurement: Own growth analytics and performance tracking. Define and monitor core KPIs, including: CAC, LTV, payback period, Activation and cohort retention, Feature adoption and conversion. Build a clean, reliable attribution and tracking stack. Ensure all growth decisions are data-backed.
- Creative & Product Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Brand to turn product features into acquisition and retention levers. Align growth messaging with real product value. You don’t design assets yourself, but you know what converts.
- Team & Leadership: Start hands-on, then progressively build and lead a high-performing Growth team. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership. Set a high bar for execution, ownership, and velocity.
Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition roles.
- Proven track record scaling growth at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or platform businesses.
- Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets.
- Experience scaling products from early traction to meaningful revenue.
Skills & Mindset
- Deep analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Product-oriented thinker with strong execution skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering.
- High ownership, high standards, low ego.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Stripe, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Experience scaling across multiple European markets.
- Background in category creation or early market positioning.
- Fluent or professional-level French (strong plus, given our ecosystem and influencer partnerships).
Location
This role can be based in London or Paris, with hybrid work. We value in-person collaboration and regularly bring teams together, while maintaining flexibility when needed.
Benefits
- Competitive cash-based compensation.
- Incard stock options.
- 25 days of paid time off per year, plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
- Global health insurance and unlimited paid sick leave.
