This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the overall performance, strategic direction, and day-to-day management of the UK business. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to Incap’s international growth and long-term success. The Managing Director will work closely with Group and local leadership teams to drive operational excellence, strong financial and commercial performance, and high employee engagement and leadership culture. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management in an electronics manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall leadership and management of the UK site and business
- Delivery of strategic and operational objectives in line with Group strategy
- Full responsibility for financial performance, profitability, and budget control
- Leading, developing, and motivating the local management team
- Ensuring compliance with Incap’s policies, values, and standards
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and accountability
ABOUT YOU
- Proven senior leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience from the EMS or electronics industry
- Strong commercial and operational acumen
- Ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively at all organisational levels
- Degree in engineering or business; an MBA is considered an advantage
- A values-driven mindset with a clear focus on people, quality, and continuous improvement
