The Role
- Customer Engagement: Represent leading brands through face-to-face interactions with members of the public.

- Product Knowledge: Attend regular training and team meetings to stay up to date with products, services, pricing, benefits, and key information.
- Client Representation: Represent each brand professionally, including wearing client-branded clothing or accessories where required.
- Customer Experience: Create positive customer experiences through professional, friendly, and informative interactions.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other Brand Ambassadors, sharing ideas and continuously developing your communication and sales techniques.
- Events & Development: Take part in daily team meetings, training sessions, workshops, networking opportunities, team-building activities, and award events.
