We are recruiting for a Channel Partner Manager to join an authorised Starlink reseller that is rapidly expanding across the UK and global markets. The Role:

As Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding the company’s agent and integrator ecosystem and strategic channel relationships. You will play a key role in developing the growing integrator model within the UK, identifying new partner opportunities, strengthening existing relationships and creating a scalable channel strategy that supports continued growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys ownership, pace and the opportunity to shape a developing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and expand the UK partner ecosystem.
  • Develop strategic channel relationships with integrators and commercial partners.
  • Identify new partner opportunities across sectors such as construction, maritime, mobility, energy, infrastructure and enterprise.
  • Create and execute partner plans that support measurable revenue growth.
  • Work with partners to support go-to-market activity, solution positioning and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical and operational teams to ensure partners are set up for success.
  • Represent the business in partner meetings, commercial discussions and industry conversations.
  • Track partner performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, engagement and delivery.
  • Ensure partners and agents operate in line with company standards, commercial processes, compliance requirements and agreed ways of working.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, alliances or strategic partnerships (essential)
  • A background in B2B technology, telecoms, connectivity, satellite, networking or a related market.
  • A strong understanding of how to build and scale partner ecosystems.
  • The ability to develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and commercial partners.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of driving growth through partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to operate in a fast-growth environment.
  • The ability to move quickly while still building properly for long-term scale.
