We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an ambitious and forward -thinking organisation operating within the space -based technology sector. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is received from new customers
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Updating internal systems with credit limits
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Setting up new customers accurately within internal systems
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Processing customer orders
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Preparing and reviewing shipping documentation for export
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Liaising with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and order fulfilment
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handling customer enquiries, queries, and order updates via telephone and email
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Planning and coordinating freight forwarders on a day -to -day basis
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Raising commercial invoices
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensuring all paperwork complies with customs and export requirements
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assisting export agents as required
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/b>

    • Previous experience in an administrative, export, or sales administration role would be advantageous
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to prioritise workload effectively without supervision
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver accurate information to colleagues and external stakeholders
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong customer service skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong reporting skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • High attention to detail
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Conscientious, reliable, and proactive approach
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to solve problems methodically and identify effective solutions
