A fast-growing connectivity specialist operating across Starlink, LEO satellite and wider telecommunications solutions is seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The business delivers connectivity solutions globally across enterprise, maritime, broadcast, construction, utilities and mobility sectors, and is scaling rapidly across the UK, Europe and the US. This is a highly involved Executive Assistant position, suited to someone who can provide structured, proactive support across executive coordination, business operations, planning, meeting management, internal communication, systems and strategic follow-up. The successful candidate will become a trusted operational support partner to the CEO, helping to improve focus, accountability, business rhythm and execution across the organisation. This role requires the successful person to be based out of the Livingston office, onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the CEO’s schedule, priorities and focus areas
  • Coordinate leadership and operational meetings, capturing actions and following up on key outcomes
  • Help structure and coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Act as a central coordination point between departments and leadership teams
  • Monitor progress against company priorities, KPIs and operational goals
  • Follow up with department heads to ensure actions are completed
  • Identify blockers, delays or communication gaps and escalate appropriately
  • Assist with internal operational planning and execution frameworks
  • Help build and maintain executive operating systems, action trackers and structured workflows
  • Coordinate action tracking from meetings into structured operational systems
  • Support sales strategy execution and commercial planning activity
  • Assist in preparation for partner meetings, QBRs, SBRs and strategic presentations
  • Support operational setup across new regions and business functions
