Inbound Talent has been retained to recruit for one of the leading Starlink authorised resellers as they expand into the UK/European market.
We’re hiring the first UK sales leader for a fast-growing authorised Starlink reseller that has already scaled successfully and is now operationalising its UK entity. The business supports ~10,000 enterprise customers internationally across various industries, including Maritime. It is engineering-led, highly agile and has a proven track record delivering Layer 2 and complex connectivity solutions across banking, telecom and critical infrastructure environments. The UK entity is now transitioning into a fully operational commercial business, with infrastructure in London already live and technical capability firmly in place.
The technology works. The Layer 2 solution is proven. The infrastructure is ready. What’s missing is the person to take it to market. This is not a corporate “maintain and grow” role. It’s a genuine ground-up build.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for launching Starlink-enabled Layer 2 and private network solutions into:
- Utilities
- Telecom backhaul environments
- Critical infrastructure operators
- Complex enterprise networks
You’ll work directly with the CEO to shape UK go-to-market strategy, build pipeline from zero and close strategic, technically complex deals. There’s no large team behind you (yet). No big marketing engine. No layers of internal process. Just opportunity and a ton of potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is hands-on from day one. You will:
- Prospect and build enterprise pipeline
- Engage in RFP/RFQ and tender processes
- Hold technically credible Layer 2 and network integration conversations
- Travel across the UK and Europe to develop and close opportunities
- Identify new verticals and use cases as they emerge
As revenue builds, the role is designed to evolve into a UK General Manager position, with responsibility for growing a local sales and operations team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re prioritising a commercially sharp, entrepreneurial builder profile. You’ll likely have:
- Enterprise telecom / connectivity sales experience
- Confidence discussing Layer 2, private VPN and network architecture
- Experience selling into utilities, telecom or complex enterprise environments
- A track record of working independently and creating pipeline
Just as important as experience is mindset. This will suit someone who:
- Is hungry and ambitious, ready to step up
- Thrives without heavy structure
- Spots opportunity in conversation
- Genuinely wants to build something long-term
It won’t suit someone who prefers highly structured, blue-chip environments with strong brand pull and established support layers.
Package
Very competitive base salary £140,000–£160,000 OTE (uncapped) Performance-driven upside Clear pathway to UK GM
