Inbound FinTech is an award-winning, rapidly scaling B2B digital consultancy specializing in FinTech and Financial Services. As a HubSpot Elite Partner, we deliver sophisticated growth, data, and RevOps solutions built on the HubSpot ecosystem and tailored to complex B2B organizations. Headquartered in Londonโs 100 Bishopsgate, we operate as a predominantly remote team, with a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on solving meaningful problems and delivering measurable impact for our clients.
We are looking for an SEO Data Consultant to join our client delivery team. This is a hands-on, highly client-facing role for someone with a strong background in technical SEO, marketing analytics, paid media, or performance marketing who wants to grow into a broader data and measurement consultancy position. This role sits deliberately between technical SEO, data, and growth consultancy. While many candidates will come from an SEO or PPC background, the focus is on measurement, data quality, attribution, and decision-making, not SEO delivery alone.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business models, go-to-market strategies, and data maturity, translating these into robust tracking frameworks, clean data structures, and actionable reporting. Projects span analytics and tracking implementation, data governance, cleansing, migration, segmentation, consent management, and attribution, primarily within the HubSpot ecosystem, alongside tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs). You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make confident, data-driven decisions that improve performance across SEO, UX/UI, PPC, RevOps, and wider growth strategies.
This role is ideal for a technical SEO consultant, marketing analyst, data analyst, or PPC specialist who enjoys working across platforms, understands attribution and measurement, and wants to develop into a broader data consultancy career.
Key Responsibilities- Data Quality, Cleansing & Segmentation
- Conduct data audits across CRM and analytics platforms to assess structure, integrity, and risk
- Implement data cleansing, normalisation, and enrichment processes
- Design and maintain segmentation frameworks aligned to ICPs, lifecycle stages, and GTM strategies
- Support persona mapping, custom list building, and dynamic segmentation for marketing and sales activation
- Define and implement data governance frameworks across CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, PECR, and relevant data protection regulations
- Support the setup, configuration, and validation of Consent Management Platforms (CMPs)
- Implement and validate consent signals across HubSpot, GTM, and GA4
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure compliant data usage
- Implement and maintain tracking frameworks using Google Tag Manager
- Configure, validate, and troubleshoot GA4 properties, events, conversions, and data layers
- Ensure accurate attribution and lifecycle tracking between GA4, HubSpot, and connected platforms
- Diagnose tracking discrepancies, data loss, and reporting inconsistencies
- Lead or support data migration projects, including mapping, deduplication, validation, and QA
- Work closely with RevOps Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to align systems across HubSpot, Salesforce, and data warehouses
- Document data models, mappings, assumptions, and processes for internal and client use
- Support the development of dashboards in HubSpot and external tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, and Google Sheets
- Translate business objectives into clear KPIs and reporting logic
- Monitor data flows proactively and flag issues that impact insight quality or decision-making
- Act as a trusted data, analytics, and measurement advisor to clients
- Lead or support discovery sessions, audits, and solution design workshops
- Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Advise clients on analytics best practices and improving data maturity
- Junior Data Consultant: Supports delivery across analytics, tracking, CRM, and data projects while developing technical and client-facing skills. Assists with audits, GA4/GTM implementations, data cleansing, segmentation, CMP checks, and reporting. Joins client calls in a support capacity and contributes to documentation and QA. Experience: 0โ2 years in technical SEO, analytics, marketing ops, or RevOps.
- Mid-Level Data Consultant: Delivers core data and measurement solutions independently. Leads audits, segmentation, GA4 and GTM implementations, CMP setup, and reporting across HubSpot and BI tools. Actively contributes to workshops and solution design. Experience: 2โ4 years in technical SEO, analytics, consultancy, or performance marketing roles.
- Senior Data Consultant: Owns complex client engagements and shapes data, tracking, and measurement strategy. Leads end-to-end projects, defines GA4/GTM/CMP architecture, advises on attribution and data maturity, and mentors junior consultants. Experience: 4โ6+ years in consultancy or technical marketing roles.
