We are seeking a RevOps Consultant to join our delivery team. This role combines strategic vision with platform expertise to design and implement solutions that align with RevOps principles, ensuring that marketing, sales, and service teams operate cohesively.

As a RevOps Consultant, you will:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across leading CRM platforms (including HubSpot and Salesforce), designing tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Optimise and enhance CRM ecosystems in line with RevOps goals, driving seamless workflows, reliable data insights, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, empowering clients to unlock the full potential of their CRM and revenue technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Strategy and Optimisation
    • Design and implement tailored CRM solutions (HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms as needed) that unify marketing, sales, and service teams through RevOps principles.
    • Optimise workflows, integrations, automation, and reporting to ensure efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
    • Develop CRM and RevTech strategies that enhance adoption, data visibility, lifecycle management, and revenue performance.
  • Client Collaboration and Consulting
    • Act as the primary CRM consultant, aligning platform capabilities with client goals to drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Lead discovery sessions to identify operational challenges and recommend best practices across systems and processes.
    • Provide actionable insights, documentation, and training to enable client teams to achieve sustainable success.
  • Project Delivery and Reporting
    • Manage CRM implementation and optimisation projects from end to end, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Regularly report on project progress, platform performance, and KPIs to stakeholders.
    • Ensure all configurations and processes are properly documented and aligned with RevOps strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay current on CRM platform developments (HubSpot, Salesforce, and related RevTech tools) and RevOps trends, integrating them into client strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and adopt innovative practices that enhance delivery and client outcomes.
