HubSpot Technical Consultant

This role is responsible for advanced implementations in HubSpot.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot Technical Consultant to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform, with expertise in custom code implementation, development projects, and system integrations. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background and the ability to translate business requirements into effective HubSpot solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, developers, and other team members to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the HubSpot implementation process, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business goals and technical requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Leverage your HubSpot expertise to design and implement technical solutions that align with client objectives.
• Project Oversight: Manage HubSpot implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and the team to design and document technical solutions, including system integrations, custom code implementations, and workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality technical standards throughout the project lifecycle and ensure they are implemented accordingly.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide clients with regular progress reports, keep them informed, and gather feedback throughout the implementation process.

Additional Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Client Satisfaction: Ensure HubSpot projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client needs and expectations.
• Technical Implementation: Implement HubSpot solutions, including custom code, integrations, and workflows, that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
• Technical Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams and specifications, to support project delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaboration & Communication: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, client stakeholders) to deliver a cohesive solution.
• Staying Current: Maintain a strong understanding of HubSpot's evolving features, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve technical solutions.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

• Agency experience
• Experience in Financial Services or willingness to expand their knowledge in this sector
• Proven experience (5+ years) in HubSpot implementation and development, with a focus on custom code, UI Extensions, integrations, and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's technical capabilities and limitations.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data migration, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Analytical mind with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines.
