About The Role

As a Salesforce Consultant you\’ll use your knowledge of the Salesforce platform to define, design, build, and deploy best‑in‑class functionality for customers, ensuring that what’s developed maximises the potential of standard features while keeping customisation low‑code but high‑quality. You\’ll be confident leading client‑facing meetings and workshops from requirements gathering through to demonstrations.

About You

  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce functionality
  • Experience gained from a range of projects (ideally 100+ users)
  • One or more “Consultant” level Certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Knowledge of Agile working practices, particularly Scrum
  • Knowledge of Jira & Confluence
  • Comfortable communicating technical issues in clear, easy to understand everyday language
  • Ability to solve complex problems, summarise and share findings concisely
  • Capable of viewing both the big picture and small details of a situation
  • Accomplished communicator through written, verbal and presentation skills
  • A friendly, customer‑focused attitude
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team with a diverse range of interests and backgrounds
  • Motivation to take initiative and progress your career
  • Technical aptitude and clear interest in technology
