About The Role
As a Product Manager at Inardua, you’ll be responsible for helping us define, shape and evolve our Salesforce-based products and propositions, ensuring that what we build is grounded in real enterprise customer needs, aligned to Industry 4.0 transformation, and delivers measurable, sustainable impact for our customers.
You’ll work closely with Customers, Partners, Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams to translate customer insight into clear product direction, scalable modules, and repeatable offerings — ensuring that product is designed and built utilising native Salesforce products and features (e.g. Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, Net Zero Cloud) and used in a way that is high-quality, outcome-led, and sustainable by design.
This role is central to Inardua’s ambition to move from project delivery to long-term strategic partnerships, and will suit someone who enjoys working across customer strategy, product thinking, and delivery execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Product & Proposition Ownership
- Owning the vision, roadmap and lifecycle of one or more Salesforce-based products or modules
- Defining clear value propositions that articulate customer problems, business outcomes, sustainability outcomes, and Salesforce platform components
- Ensuring products are scalable, repeatable and aligned to Inardua’s strategic priorities
- Creating, refining and managing user stories and supporting requirements (including acceptance criteria)
- Maintaining a prioritised backlog that supports both product roadmap delivery and customer outcomes
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure user stories are clear, actionable and aligned to the intended value
- Supporting sprint planning, refinement and review sessions where required
- Engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand strategic goals, operating challenges, and sustainability/ESG requirements
- Supporting discovery, roadmap and co-creation sessions with customers
- Translating customer insight into product requirements and prioritisation decisions
- Working closely with delivery and architecture teams to ensure products align to Salesforce best practice and roadmap
- Maintaining awareness of Salesforce product developments relevant to Inardua’s markets
- Engaging with Salesforce OEM and partner teams where required
Sustainability by Design
- Embedding sustainability considerations into product design, including Net Zero, ESG, and supplier reporting needs
- Supporting Inardua’s sustainability commitments (B Corp, SBTi, UN Global Compact) through product decisions
- Contributing to customer-facing sustainability narratives and solutions
Delivery & Collaboration
- Working cross-functionally with sales, customer engagement, delivery, engineering and sustainability teams
- Supporting go-to-market activities, pilots, and design-partner engagements
- Defining and tracking success metrics for products, including adoption and outcomes
- Contributing to CCPO-led OKRs across Customers & Market, Product & Salesforce, and Sustainability & Impact
- Using data and feedback to continuously refine products and propositions
- Identifying opportunities for product evolution and new offerings
About You
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
- Experience in Energy, Utilities or Industry 4.0
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem (including how to shape solutions using standard capabilities)
- Experience working with enterprise customers, including discovery and requirements shaping
- Confidence leading customer-facing meetings, workshops and roadmap discussions
- The ability to translate complex customer needs into clear product direction, prioritisation and outcomes
- Experience creating, writing and managing user stories (including acceptance criteria) to support delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working across business, technical and sustainability domains
- A structured approach to delivery, including defining success measures and tracking outcomes
- A friendly, customer focussed attitude
- The ability to take initiative and a motivation to progress your career
- The ability to solve complex problems, and to concisely summarise and share findings
- Capable of viewing both the big picture and small details of a situation
- Experience in manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries
- Exposure to sustainability, ESG, Net Zero, or impact measurement
- Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds, Data Cloud, Net Zero Cloud or Agentforce
- Background in consulting, digital transformation, or product-led services
- Familiarity with OKRs or outcome-driven delivery models
- Knowledge of Agile working practices
- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence
