  • Programming: Python
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, CrossPlane, Ansible

The Role

Technical Leadership

You will lead project technical direction, make architectural decisions, set engineering standards, and ensure high quality, secure and scalable solutions across the entire stack from application development to cloud infrastructure. You will stay hands on while also shaping how the team builds, tests, deploys, and operates modern cloud native systems. Although a leadership role, this is not purely managerial. You will still write code, design systems, contribute to DevOps pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and prototype solutions. Technical credibility is central to success in this role.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

You will be the technical face of the team, translating complex engineering concepts into clear, meaningful insights for customers, project managers and non technical stakeholders. You may run demos, lead workshops, handle escalations, and ensure smooth communication between engineering teams and customers.

Mentoring and Team Development

As a technical role model, others will naturally look to you for guidance. You will mentor engineers at various levels, support their growth, provide code and architecture reviews, and help shape a collaborative, psychologically safe and high performing engineering culture.

Interested? If you are excited by the idea of leading technical delivery across cloud native, modern engineering stacks while still being hands on, we would love to hear from you.
