Senior account leadership role at a leading UK technology consultancy.
Salary - £90-103k
Location - London

We are working with a technology consultancy with a strong and growing public sector practice. They are looking for a senior Client Partner to join our Government & Public Sector vertical and take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, with a clear mandate to grow. This isn't a pure new business role. You'll be working with existing clients, building trust at senior levels, spotting opportunities, and leading on presales activity. There will be a lot of room to grow here.
Culture and Ways of Working
If you've worked in a high-pressure, commission-driven sales environment where colleagues are competitors; this will feel different. They are genuinely collaborative. People here share knowledge, support each other's accounts, and take collective pride in the work. They operate with a relatively flat structure. Senior people are accessible, decisions get made without unnecessary layers, and you'll have real autonomy in how you run your accounts. You won't be managing upwards constantly but you will be expected to own your space.
Your Experience
- Senior account management experience, in central government or public sector.
- A track record of growing portfolios — not just maintaining them.
- Strong presales capability and comfort owning commercial conversations.
- Gravitas and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders quickly.
- Warm, collaborative personality; you'll join a non-competitive, team-first culture.
- Experience at a digital or technology consultancy.
The Process
Efficient and straightforward; an initial informal conversation, followed by one remote interview with the manager and a final stage face to face in the office.
