The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a team working on the development of an industry-leading product right from the ground up. This role blends hands-on coding, R&D of new technologies, and solving complex technical problems, while collaborating across disciplines to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example through coding, design, and problem-solving, setting the bar for technical excellence.
- Take ownership across the stack: frontend (React/Remix), backend (Go), and AWS infrastructure.
- Contribute to technical design and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Drive automation and scripting across MacOS and Linux systems.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Mentor colleagues, supporting their growth through reviews, pair programming, and open collaboration.
- Partner with product and design teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Ensure security best practices are embedded throughout.
What You’ll Bring
- A generalist mindset, comfortable moving across technologies and frameworks.
- Strong AWS and Go experience.
- Experience working with large front-end applications (React).
- React Native experience is a big plus but not essential.
- A passion for problem-solving and tackling challenges that don’t have straightforward answers.
- Excitement for working in an early-stage product environment where you can help shape architecture and ways of working.
- Adaptability, ownership, and a collaborative nature.
