Senior Performance Marketing Manager | Consumer Brands

Location

Maidenhead - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Salary

Own the growth engine behind a portfolio of consumer brands.

We're supporting a founder-led consumer business that's building a portfolio of high-growth brands across the health, wellness and lifestyle sectors.

Backed by experienced entrepreneurs with a strong track record of scaling and exiting businesses, they're now investing in the next phase of growth and are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition and performance marketing across multiple brands.

This isn't a role where you'll simply optimise campaigns.

You'll own growth strategy, influence commercial performance, work directly with founders and help build the playbook that will support future brand acquisitions.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Owning paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, You Tube and emerging digital channels.
  • Managing campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies and ongoing optimisation.
  • Driving improvements across key commercial metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV and contribution margin.
  • Leading creative testing programmes, using data to identify winning concepts and improve campaign performance.
  • Partnering with creative, e Commerce and marketplace teams to deliver a consistent customer journey across channels.
  • Improving attribution, forecasting and performance reporting to support commercial decision making.
  • Using customer insight and data to optimise conversion and retention strategies.
  • Leveraging AI to accelerate campaign analysis, creative ideation, forecasting and performance reporting.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally bring

  • 5+ years' experience within performance marketing, growth marketing or paid media.
  • A strong track record managing significant paid media budgets within consumer, e Commerce or D2C environments.
  • Hands‑on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads and other paid acquisition platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience analysing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback and customer profitability.
  • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions.
  • The ability to combine analytical thinking with creative marketing.
  • Experience working within fast-paced, entrepreneurial businesses where ownership and accountability are encouraged.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience within health, beauty, wellness or consumer products.
  • Exposure to subscription or repeat-purchase business models.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Marketplace or omni-channel performance marketing.
  • Experience launching or scaling new consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and workflow automation.
  • Own the performance marketing strategy across multiple brands rather than a single product.
  • Work directly with experienced founders in a business where decisions are made quickly.
  • Significant autonomy and influence over commercial performance.
  • Opportunity to shape the marketing function as the business continues to grow through both organic growth and acquisition.
  • Join an ambitious organisation where your impact will be highly visible from day one.

If you're passionate about combining data, creativity and commercial thinking to scale consumer brands, we'd love to hear from you.
