We are working with a growing consultancy working across healthcare, defence, and the public and private sectors. You will work with clients to untangle complex problems, make better decisions, and deliver meaningful change. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a strong Senior/ Lead Business Analyst, ideally someone whose career has blended BA, product, delivery, and consultancy - to join in a senior/principal capacity.
What matters is your ability to walk into an organisation, understand what's really going on, shape credible solutions, and hold the room with senior stakeholders. This is a pivotal hire for the business. You'll be part of the senior layer of people taking real ownership of client relationships and reducing reliance on the management team as the business grows.
What you'll be doing:
- Embedding with client organisations across healthcare, defence, and wider sectors to diagnose problems and shape solutions
- Leading client engagements with confidence - from discovery and analysis through to delivery
- Bridging the gap between C-suite stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business challenges into clear requirements
- Shaping the delivery approach and contributing to the business's continued growth
- Acting as a trusted face of the business externally, without needing heavy management support
What They are looking for:
- A genuinely strong Business Analyst — you're the kind of person others call when the problem is messy and the stakeholders are difficult
- Experience in a client-facing consultancy or transformation environment, ideally with exposure to complex, ambiguous problems
- Comfort operating at all levels of an organisation, including C-suite
- A background that spans some mix of: BA, product management, agile delivery, product leadership and consulting
- Experience in healthcare or defence is a genuine plus
- Happy to be in the Leeds office once a week
- Eligible for SC security clearance (you don't need to hold it already)
Who you are:
You're a self-starter. You don't need someone to define your day. You can read a room, adapt your communication style, and talk to people whether a software engineer or a Chief Executive. You might be a senior BA considering your next move, a principal consultant from a boutique firm, or a delivery lead who's always been at their best when closest to the client problem.
