Inamo Sukoshi brings you knockout sushi & fusion street food, with influences from across Asia, and has been created to share some of our award-winning menu with a new audience in food hall stylevenues.

Currently we are looking for talented Sushi Chef to join our team !

  • you'll help to ensure the restaurant is always welcoming + inviting to our guests by maintaining your BOH section to the highest standard + following our health + safety procedures
  • you'll be working as part of a brilliant team! you'll have a hunger to learn new skills; we'll give you loads of support during your induction, then you'll offer support to others once you're confident in your role
  • in the spirit of change (kaizen), you're always looking to improve + help us be better than the day before
  • We are looking for Sushi Chefs at all levels from highly experienced and those who just started their journey towards this ART.

As we currently providing private sushi classes for our guests, that just shows us that we are capable of teaching any of You to make a best roll you ever have.

  • Ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared, in a timely manner.
  • Chefs with passion for Japanese and Pan-Asian food would be priority.
  • Setting up Your station and do the prep for your shift.
  • You will be performing various tasks including quality control of food, ensuring food safety, leading the preparation of food, following preparation timelines and fish cutting.
  • Following kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Working a long side our talented chefs-who will teach you to progress further! Our kitchen is where the magic begins, we will teach you to take a pride in our amazing food.

• Always aim to learn new things-sky is no limit here!

  • The right attitude is a must, experience is great bonus for your application.
  • Cross training of other kitchen position available upon request.
