SUKOSHI – COMMIS CHEF (only full time position available)

We are looking for a enthusiastic and highly organised staff member to join our Inamo Sukoshi team. WE are hiring a Commis Chef for our Sukoshi brand.

What we look for in our Inamo Sukoshi Team Commis Chef

  • Have experience in cooking and food preparation .
  • Chefs with passion for Japanese and Pan-Asian food would be priority.
  • You will be performing various tasks including quality control of food, ensuring food safety, leading the preparation of food, following preparation timelines, food delivery distribution.
  • Setting up Your station and do the prep for your shift.
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all BOH areas by following kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Working alongside our talented chefs-who will teach you to progress further! Our kitchen is where the magic begins, we will teach you to take a pride in our amazing food.
