- Maintaining your BOH section to the highest standard + following our health + safety procedures
- A hunger to learn new skills; we'll give you loads of support during your induction
- Always looking to improve + help us be better than the day before
- Chefs with passion for Japanese and Pan-Asian food would be priority
- Performing various tasks including quality control of food, ensuring food safety, leading the preparation of food, following preparation timelines
- Setting up your station and doing the prep for your shift
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all BOH areas by following kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Working alongside our talented chefs who will teach you to progress further
- Always aim to learn new things
- The right attitude is a must, experience is not
- Cross training of other kitchen positions available upon request
