Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing and heating systems
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
- Install and integrate renewable energy systems, including heat pumps, solar thermal systems, and underfloor heating
- Ensure compliance with MCS regulations, health & safety requirements, and industry standards
- Liaise with customers to explain work carried out and provide clear advice
- Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Stay up to date with industry developments and participate in training on new technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years plumbing experience preferred
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Gas Safe certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and good customer communication
