Test VPN technologies including IPsec, SSL VPNs, WireGuard, and OpenVPN. Troubleshoot Layer 2–Layer 7 connectivity using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, traceroute, and iPerf.
- Testbed Setup & Environment Ownership: Build and maintain test environments combining broadband routers, switches, servers, VPN endpoints, and test tools. Ensure test repeatability through documentation, configuration management, and version control. Integrate new firmware, OS builds, and network parameters into test cycles.
- Tools, Log Analysis & Reporting: Use tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, iPerf, and Raspberry Pi. Perform deep log analysis (RRC, NAS, SIP, RTP/RTCP, system logs) to identify root causes across wireless and IP layers. Produce clear test plans, defect reports, KPI dashboards, and root‑cause analyses. Collaborate closely with broadband engineers, device OEMs, and network operators.
