- Testbed Setup & Environment Ownership: Build and maintain test environments combining broadband routers, switches, servers, VPN endpoints, and test tools; ensure test repeatability through documentation, configuration management, and version control; integrate new firmware, OS builds, and network parameters into test cycles.
- Tools, Log Analysis & Reporting: Use Wireshark, tcpdump, iPerf; perform deep log analysis (RRC, NAS, SIP, RTP/RTCP, system logs) to identify root causes across wireless and IP layers; produce clear test plans, defect reports, KPI dashboards, and root-cause analyses; collaborate closely with broadband engineers, device OEMs, and network operators.

- Professional experience in broadband/CPE validation, IP networking.
- CCNA strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals (routing, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, DHCP, DNS).
- Hands-on experience with network test and diagnostic tools (Wireshark, iPerf, tcpdump).
