In8te is the first performance apparel brand built for only fitness racing athletes (HYROX and functional fitness). We are preparing to launch and scale within a fast-growing global niche.
We already have:
- Strong relationships with top athletes and coaches in the sport
- High-quality product with real demand
- A founding team with experience scaling brands to £100M - £4B and beyond
- Incredible Product, World Class Team and Loved by the Community.
What we don’t have yet is someone who can own brand and growth execution end-to-end.
The Role
We’re looking for a Brand & Growth Lead to take full ownership of how In8te shows up creatively and commercially. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be responsible for turning ideas into execution across:
- Brand storytelling
- Content and campaigns
- Ecommerce performance
You should be as comfortable:
- Picking up a camera and capturing content
- Building Klaviyo flows
- Critiquing and improving a website
If something is broken, you fix it.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Defining and evolving the In8te brand voice and positioning
- Turning athlete culture and HYROX performance into compelling content and campaigns
- Leading content direction (photo, video, UGC, social)
- Building and managing ecommerce marketing systems (Shopify, email, light paid ads)
- Improving website conversion and overall customer journey
- Supporting and guiding the social/content team
- Working closely with founders on product drops and go-to-market execution
- Coordinating freelancers and creators where needed
What Success Looks Like
- A brand that feels real, aspirational, and culturally relevant within the sport
- Content that drives both attention and revenue
- Ads that maintain a healthy CAC
- Website that converts
- Email flows that generate consistent sales
- Product drops that feel like moments, not just releases
About You
- You have previously owned brand and/or growth for a DTC, fitness, fashion, or lifestyle brand
- You can point to real outcomes (revenue growth, audience growth, campaign success, etc.)
- You are both creative and commercial
- You are hands-on and execute quickly
- You don’t wait for direction — you make decisions
- You care about sport, performance, and culture
This is not a junior role. But it's not so senior you won't get stuck in either.
The Opportunity
- Founding-level equity role
- Full ownership of brand expression and growth execution
- Direct access to elite athletes and key figures in the sport
- Opportunity to help build a defining brand in fitness racing apparel
- Training and coaching with top athletes
- Race tickets covered
Commitment & Structure
- Sweat equity role initially
- Estimated ~15 hours/week to start (with flexibility depending on stage and momentum)
- Compensation will evolve into salary + equity as the business scales
- All current capital is being deployed into product to meet demand
Final Note
This is not for everyone. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and requires ownership. But if we execute well, this will be a defining brand in a rapidly growing category. It will work for someone that likely is independent and has some extra time to really develop their career and this brand. If you’ve done this before and want to build something from the early stage up - we should talk, there is a good chance you will come out of it in a very strong position in a few years, we don't plan on losing.
