Role summary: We are seeking two proactive and organized individuals to provide coordination and technical support for our MIND programme during in-person sessions across the London region. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of sessions and a positive participant experience.
This is a temporary role, with up to 14 days work.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day coordination and logistical support for in-person MIND London programme sessions in Islington and Hackney.
- Assist with setup, management, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and digital tools used during sessions.
- Liaise with facilitators, participants, and internal teams to ensure sessions run efficiently.
- Monitor attendance, record session feedback, and support reporting requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing observations and suggestions for session delivery.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable with basic technical support, including AV and digital platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively with facilitators and participants.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying schedules and session locations.
Desirable:
- Experience in programme coordination or events support.
- Informal or professional experience in teaching, coaching or leading workshops.
