We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our UK team in a dynamic, cross-functional role supporting both Finance and Programmes teams. This is a junior to mid-level position with strong development potential, ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a key coordination point between Finance, Programmes, our payroll provider, and a UK-based payment provider
- Receiving, recording, storing, and organising original supporting documentation
- Reviewing and summarising financial documents, and sharing them with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting accounting processes up to trial balance level
- Assisting with project accounting and preparing project-level P&L summaries
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth information flow across teams
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills
- Basic accounting knowledge (up to trial balance level)
- Exposure to project accounting
- Strong command of English and clear communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
