Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and storytelling? IN2 is looking for a Junior Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kick-start their career in multimedia and design.
Responsibilities- Create innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts across multiple platforms
- Design weekly visual reporting materials
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality visuals
- Work within Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
- Work with a range of AI tools
- Collaborate with the creative team from pre-production through post-production
- Ensure visual consistency across all IN2 content and campaigns
- Coordinate with senior production and design teams to meet deadlines
- Stay current with design trends and industry developments
- Juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects
- Understanding and interest in using and exploring different AI tools
- Strong graphic design foundation; video editing and motion design knowledge a plus
- Highly creative with a growth mindset, adaptable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Interest in global affairs and openness to regional travel
