The Role
The Global Head of Strategic Accounts will manage the team responsible for protecting and expanding the company's most valuable software contracts. You will manage an elite squad of Strategic Account Directors, optimizing frameworks for multi-million pound global account expansions, multi-year extensions, and global system deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overarching retention and net-new expansion quota across the brand's top 50 global corporate accounts.
- Coach and support account directors through complex corporate procurement, cross-border privacy mandates, and legal negotiations.
- Design and implement high-impact account-mapping playbooks to identify organic expansion avenues across disparate business divisions.
- Formulate executive-level sponsor alignment programs to secure long-term brand retention across our customer base.
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading software client management or strategic account management teams focused on accounts worth £1M+ ARR.
- Profound commercial mastery regarding complex corporate contracting, master service agreements (MSAs), and usage-based pricing models.
- Exceptional executive presence, comfortable acting as a primary corporate escalation point for enterprise clients.
