This is a critical position in a growing Finance function, supporting complex accounting matters across a multinational structure. You will serve as a subject matter expert on IFRS standards and provide guidance on the accounting treatment of business acquisitions, group reorganizations, and other significant transactions. Lead the technical accounting review of acquisitions, disposals, and other complex transactions Oversee the preparation of technical accounting memos and documentation Support the month-end and year-end close process, particularly for group consolidations Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and policies across the business Trained in a Top 10 accountancy firm, with a solid technical grounding in IFRS Strong experience in group consolidations and acquisition accounting Ability to interpret and communicate complex accounting issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders A high-impact role in a global business with ongoing M&A activity Exposure to a wide range of technical accounting challenges Supportive and collaborative finance team Professional development opportunities and potential for progression Competitive compensation and benefits package
