IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for a recent Graduate to join a client of ours based in Tidworth on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid and offers study support.
The duties of the Finance Graduate role includes:
- Coordinating the preparation of monthly reports and invoicing to customers by creating a monthly invoice pack including the input and consolidation of site monthly submissions
- Liaising with Site Finance teams to ensure monthly volumetric usage information is prepared to the required timetable
- Addressing issues concerning invoice preparation and presentation with finance and commercial staff at Sites, the Head Office and Partner Sub-Contractors
- Liaise between Partner Sub-Contractors, Commercial and the clients to address any issues arising from the operation of the volumetric pricing mechanism
- Provide the first line of support to the Commercial Finance team for issues arising during the monthly review process
- Perform and co‑ordinate the Budgeting and Forecasting processes in respect of volumetric contract revenue
- Provision of general support to the central finance team
The successful Finance Graduate will:
- Ideally have a degree in Accounting & Finance
- Be available within a 4 weeks notice period
- Some experience + AAT is beneficial
