IN2 Consult are looking to hire a commercially minded and versatile Senior Specialist to join a fast-paced financial services business. This dual-focus role sits across two key areas: management of value-added products (VAPs) and ownership of a portfolio of brand partnerships within the UK market.
On the insurance side, you'll be involved in product development, managing supplier relationships with third-party insurers and product owners and ensuring the profitability of all VAPs sold with or separate to agreements. On the brand side, you'll take responsibility for pricing finance campaigns, delivering commercial reporting and analysis, drafting retailer communications and maintaining day-to-day relationships with brand contacts. This is a broad, high-impact role that sits at the heart of commercial activity within the business — ideal for someone equally comfortable with data and numbers as they are building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Duties of the role:
- Manage the quarterly pricing process for finance campaigns across assigned brand partners, communicating updates to retailer networks and internal sales teams.
- Accurately implement finance campaigns into point-of-sale systems and online calculators within required go-live timelines.
- Produce regular commercial reporting to monitor the performance of brand partners and insurance products, presenting findings to senior stakeholders in an appropriate format; develop new reporting as the business requires.
- Own and manage the full portfolio of VAPs sold through the business, ensuring they meet Consumer Duty and FCA regulatory requirements and deliver genuine value to customers.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to maximise VAP opportunities, ensure strong promotion (both centrally and via retailers), and meet profitability and volume targets.
- Act as a key internal point of contact, building strong collaborative relationships across the business to maintain solid commercial awareness of the wider operation and retailer network.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and partner organisations to ensure a joined-up approach on processes and external communications.
- Support the wider Brand Relationship team on projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding of new brand partners to the business.
Successful candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas and graphs for data analysis), Word and PowerPoint.
- Confidence working with numerical data and mathematical calculations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
